On the 22nd November, 2pm at Choongnam resort, the recording for SBS TV “Survival Audition Kpop Star” was held. The judges – SM’s BoA, YG’s Yang Hyun Suk and JYP’s Park Jin Young were present with artists from each company.
This recording was part of the audition process for 90 contestants for areas outside Seoul and gathered artists from all 3 companies. Artists Se7en, PSy, Kangta, Kim Tae Woo etc acted as one day mentors together with the judges.
“Kpop Star” will be premiere on SBS on December 4th at 6:40pm as part of Good Sunday, after Diet Survival Victory ends. The winner will win prize money of 300 million won with an opportunity to make an album which will be released internationally. Debut as a cf model and a car are secondary prizes.
